Dr Abdoul Karim Kabèlè-Camara

Dr Abdoul Karim Kabèlè-Camara is a lawyer specialising in natural-resources law, with expertise across mining, energy, oil and gas sectors in Africa.

At Fortuna Mining Corporation he oversees strategic engagement across West Africa, supervises country managers, strengthens government and stakeholder partnerships and supports new business and investment opportunities.

His earlier work includes legal leadership at Endeavour Mining and advisory work with the African Development Bank’s African Legal Support Facility. He holds a PhD from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee.
