Dr Ijeoma Jacklyn Okpanum is a Lecturer at the University of Aberdeen and Chair of Organisational Behaviour at the Academy for African Studies.
Her research focuses on institutional logics, trust and leadership in hybrid, fragile, cross-cultural and digitally transforming contexts.
